1. Program Overview

The Peegle Live Referral Program allows eligible users to invite creators and supporters to Peegle Live using a referral code, referral link, or any other approved referral method provided by Peegle Live.

Eligible referral rewards may be credited as bonus tokens, promotional tokens, or other platform benefits as decided by Peegle Live. Referral rewards are not deducted from the referred user.

2. Eligibility

• The referrer must have a valid Peegle Live account in good standing.
• The referred user must join Peegle Live through a valid referral code or referral link.
• Only genuine users, genuine activity, and valid platform transactions are eligible.
• Peegle Live may require account verification before approving or crediting any referral reward.
• Users who violate Peegle Live policies, community guidelines, payment rules, or platform safety rules may be excluded.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• A referred user may be linked to only one referrer unless Peegle Live decides otherwise.
• Referral tracking may be based on referral code, invite link, app install source, signup data, device data, account data, or system logs.
• If a user signs up without a valid referral code or referral link, Peegle Live may not be able to apply referral benefits later.
• Peegle Live system records will be considered final for referral attribution and reward calculation.

5. Reward Calculation

Creator Referral Reward

• Tier 1: 1–2 active referred creators may earn 5% bonus tokens.
• Tier 2: 3–9 active referred creators may earn 10% bonus tokens.
• Tier 3: 10+ active referred creators may earn 15% bonus tokens.
• Only eligible approved creator withdrawal activity is counted.
• Creator referral rewards may continue for up to 24 months from the eligible referral date.

Supporter Referral Reward

• Supporter referral reward may be 5% bonus tokens from eligible successful Diamond purchases.
• Only successful, valid, non-refunded, non-disputed purchases are counted.
• Supporter referral rewards may continue for up to 6 months from the referred user’s joining date.

6. Reward Crediting & Verification

• Referral rewards may be credited automatically after Peegle Live verifies eligible activity.
• Reward crediting may be delayed due to payment verification, fraud review, technical checks, chargeback checks, or manual review.
• Peegle Live may withhold, reverse, adjust, or cancel rewards if activity is found to be invalid, suspicious, refunded, disputed, or against policy.
• Reward tokens may be promotional in nature and may have separate usage, withdrawal, or conversion restrictions.

7. Fair Use, Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Peegle Live reserves the right to protect the platform, users, creators, payment systems, and referral program from misuse.

• Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, automated activity, bot traffic, or manipulated activity are not allowed.
• Fraudulent purchases, refunded transactions, chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or suspicious payment behavior may lead to reward cancellation.
• Collusion, misleading promotion, spam invites, fake creator activity, fake supporter activity, or policy violations may lead to disqualification.
• Peegle Live may suspend referral benefits, block rewards, limit accounts, or remove users from the referral program at any time for safety or fairness.

8. Program Changes, Suspension & Cancellation

• Peegle Live may update, pause, modify, reduce, extend, or end the Referral Program at any time.
• Reward percentages, eligibility rules, duration, tiers, limits, and payout conditions may change without prior notice.
• Peegle Live may cancel or adjust rewards due to technical errors, incorrect calculations, policy violations, fraud checks, or payment issues.
• Continued participation in the Referral Program means the user accepts the latest version of these terms.

9. Important Notice

The Referral Program is designed to reward genuine community growth. Referral rewards are promotional benefits provided by Peegle Live and are subject to internal verification.
